Normally it is open to all students

There are 2 sessions every week:

Wednesday morning 7.15am to 8am in Energise

Thursday afternoon 4.30pm to 5.15pm in Aura

Minibus transfer to/from school

Colin Lowth, who has represented Ireland internationally coaches and organizes both sessions.

Our Lady’s has the possibility to participate in Leinster Championships and local Swim galas.
